Open Positions: Office

  • Under direct supervision of the Controller, the ideal candidate will process weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees, manage all union and Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) reports, maintain and process accounting records including accounts payable and receivables, and other duties as assigned.

    JOB DUTIES

    • Payroll processing

    • Weekly certified payroll to DIR and LPC Tracker

    • Monthly payroll reports

    • Job cost tracking

    • Credit card data entry

    • Assist with subcontractor payments

    • Monthly income billings

    EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS

    Strong communication skills and willing to help others when requested.  Knowledge in accounting and payroll processing. Desirable skills/education are construction accounting experience, Construction Partner and Excel software familiarity, and an associate’s degree/college classes in accounting.


  • Under General Supervision of the Project Engineer:  The Office Engineer works with the Project Engineer and the main objective is to support the field.  This will be completed by effective review of shop drawings and submittals, material management and document control.

    EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS

    Strong communications skills, ability to perform detailed work accurately, organize and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.  

    Education & Experience:  Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management or engineering preferred.  Work experience in part-time or internship desirable.

    Programs: Knowledge of construction programs such as Bluebeam, Adobe PDF, Prolog, Procore and Construction Partner
